The house was raised to provide legal ceiling height to the ground floor
A double carport was added, and the existing garage converted to a rumpus room.
The small front verandah was enclosed to enlarge the living room with a corresponding increase in the size of the office below.
The small third bedroom was converted to a new family bathroom with the existing bathroom removed to make space for the dining room and a new kitchen installed.
A separate parents wing has been added to the rear of the house with spacious walk-in robe and ensuite.
A covered rear deck has been added above the existing swimming pool with stairs to the new outdoor living area and back yard.
