The lower floor was enclosed and converted to bedrooms and a rumpus room.
A new front porch, formal entry and internal stairs were built utilising some of the existing front verandah so as not to reduce the size of the existing upper floor. The roof of the porch and entry has been used to enhance the appearance of the front of the house
A double carport has been added to the front of the house with undercover access to the new front entry.

The existing house for this project had already been raised, restumped and concreted under and the owner wanted to utilise the ground floor space
