The external stairs have been removed and an enclosed formal entry and staircase added.
Double car accommodation with internal access to the upper floor has been added to the front of the house
As part of the carport addition the size of the small existing dining room has been increased.
New modern glass handrails have been added to the existing front verandah.
The existing face brick has been rendered over and painted and the roof tiled refinished.
