The upper floor living area has a glass wall opening to the east facing outdoor living deck to take advantage of the view and the ocean breezes.
A protected balcony has been included on the northern side for times when the wind is too strong on the eastern deck
The upper floor is about luxury living with spacious galley kitchen, large butler’s pantry and private parents retreat.
All living areas and bedrooms face either north or east with service areas and the three- car garage on the western side.
The upper floor outdoor living deck is equipped with an outdoor kitchen including a bar-b-q and pizza oven whilst the ground floor rumpus opens to a sheltered courtyard and inground swimming pool
