The floor plan is set out with two separate wings joined only by the main entry to provide separation for the Master Bedroom.
The Formal entry is set back to build anticipation of what is beyond. When the front door opens the visitor is greeted by a view of pool area via a full height glass wall.
To accommodate the natural slope of the ground a 400mm stepdown was included from the bedrooms to the living areas.
The three main bedrooms all have walk-in robes and bay windows.
The kitchen, dining and living areas have a three-metre-high ceiling and overlook the pool area.
A large covered outdoor living area to the side of the pool at the rear of the house adds to the resort style feeling of this family home.
