Everything is on one level with wide easy access to all rooms.
The narrow frontage of the site required a long thin floor plan which has been laid out to provide a relaxed flow of space from the entry to the north facing living areas with minimal hallways.
High raked ceilings have been included over the living, kitchen and dining areas to create a feeling of space. Clerestory windows have been included to allow light to penetrate the interior of the building and to aid natural cross ventilation
A covered outdoor living area on the northern side has direct access from the kitchen and family room
The house has on site rainwater storage and a photovoltaic power generation system
